Formal Events rate will allow for up to 6 hours of photographers time, and a selected amount of images provided to client on a digital file format via USB drive card or stick. Included in this rate will be pre ceremony preparation shooting, ceremony shooting and 2 hours of reception shooting. additional charges may apply if more time is requested.  We will offer one "private set" location shoot for bride or bride and groom at designated location if requested. An event deposit is required to set a shoot with us. It will be deducted from your balance due at time of shoot.  Refundable if event cancels at least 30 days prior to event. NOT refundable if notification of cancelation is not given. Financial assistance can be arranged.
For additional rates, we can provide hair and make up, Limo transportation arrangements, custom transportation arrangements, "morning after" shoots are  optional but must be arranged prior to service. Formal event photography can include any genre option desired.
